About Us
We try to be as flexible as possible with our students, but we do have a few T&C’s. Please read below and if you have any questions just let us know.


Course Booking Fees & Confirmation
Full Course fees are payable through by direct bank transfer to account details provided. 

If fees are paid in Three instalments, the first payment will be non-refundable. The balance of the course fee must be paid on scheduled dates to confirm your place on the course. A confirmation email will be sent to you once your payment has been processed and place has been reserved. 

Default or Failure to adhere to scheduled instalment payments will result in no further lessons being offered until payment has been paid within 5 working days, failure beyond that will result in removal from the course without further notice.


Cancellation
Cancellation by you of a course 14 days prior to the commencement date of a course will entitle you to a 70% refund of your course fee paid. 

Please note, If you cancel a course less than 5 days before the start of the course no course fees will be refunded. 

All cancellations must be made in writing by email. 

It is very rare that we have to cancel a course and we reserve the right to cancel a course or event, if this should happen you will be refunded 100% of course fees with no administration charge. 

In the event that a class is postponed for reasons that are outside of our control we will give you notice as soon we are aware of the problem. We reserve the right to change the date of a class during the course.


Course Content
We reserve the right to make changes to the course curriculum as may be necessary.


Venue
Details of course venues are listed on our website and included with course details. We reserve the right to make reasonable course venue changes. Any such changes will be notified to you in writing. A change in venue does not entitle you to any refund of course fees, in part or in full.


Course Materials
All art supplies are provided for our in person classes and are included in the cost of the course.


Missed Classes
We are unable to discount our courses. For those students who are not returning for another term they will be able to make up a maximum of three missed lessons the following term.


Copyright and use of Class Images
All courses and content are the sole intellectual property of The Seasons Art Class Ltd and may not be copied or reproduced. We reserve the right to use images from our classes to showcase our courses on our Website and related social media channels. 

If you wish to not participate or wish to refrain from participation in all classes then please let us know when you attend your first class.


Eligibility
Our courses are open to all adults 18 years or over.


Accessibility
We try our hardest to ensure that our classes are available and accessible to everyone. Whilst we endeavour to provide venues and locations that are wheelchair friendly any disability or mobility issues should be brought to our attention prior to booking. Cancellation fees may apply if any mobility or special needs/equipment requests are not brought to our attention at the time of booking.
